We aren't late to the party. Together, we are the party and it's a small fun gathering @ your place

I am incredibly excited to have completed my first week as the new President & CEO for Culpeper Brokerage Partners, an affiliate of Culpeper Capital. Culpeper brings high-quality, blue chip, and nearly unlimited investor capital to the market to acquire and operate select insurance agencies and brokerage firms across the United States. Yes, many other firms have been frenetically acquiring independent insurance agencies and doing so for quite some time.

We aren't late to that party. The real party is just getting started and, it's a small but fun and intimate gathering at your place. Just the way you like it and where you feel the most comfortable.

We intend to be a better choice for the select few and believe that we have something different and unique to offer certain agency sellers. Very competitive pricing and deal terms. Stay in control, don't change your entrepreneurial spirit. Keep (and protect) all of your key people. Get a bigger toolbox, more resources, and the ability to shed those tedious and time consuming tasks that prevent you from fully focusing on your clients. Keep some equity and participate in the success of our (now) combined firm to get paid again in the future. Join an organization that needs your leadership and asks you to take a seat at the leadership table of our company.

Join another firm and one day in the future, you and the people you care about will find yourselves working for a large (and rigid) national broker or a bureaucratic public company where you'll be forced to conform. That's where their party ends.
